I've started looking in to fonts typically used in circuses for one of my posters. I'm going to find a few examples then draw some of my own to see what would work best for my final poster.
I want to use a font thats inspired by a classic circus font but simplified.

After making some sketches of different typefaces, I realised I liked the fatter more simple typeface if I were to do a lino print. I think it'd look really nice as a letter with a shadow so I could cut in to the letter and leave the shadow empty to create a 3D look with lino.
